Description:
Originate process and close in-house and secondary market real estate loans and HELOC loans.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years’ experience in mortgage loan origination or related field; knowledge of loan underwriting guidelines and regulatory standards; familiar with title reports, insurance and appraisals, excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines; working knowledge of loan origination software; strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills

Loan Documentation Review Specialist
Description:
We are looking for a Loan Documentation Review Specialist to ensure loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with bank policies and regulations. This role involves reviewing loan documentation before and after closing, reviewing the loan tickler system, and ensuring loan accounts are set up correctly. You’ll work closely with internal teams to support smooth loan operations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan documentation before and after closing to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with credit agreements and commitment letters.
- Ensure proper execution and filing of loan documents, making sure all required signatures and legal filings are in place.
- Verify loan details for Consumer, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, and Agricultural loans, ensuring correct codes, terms, and monitoring requirements.
- Review loan records in the loan tickler system and Baker Hill, ensuring all follow-up items are accurately tracked.
- Adhere to bank policies and compliance standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service when working with internal teams and clients, identifying opportunities to refer additional bank products.
- Participate in internal training to stay up to date on banking regulations and best practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the loan review team.

Description:
Responsible for performing operations support duties of the Cash Management Department. Cross-train in all Cash Management positions and have the ability to carry out each position responsibly.
Responsibilities:

1. Review weekly Suspect Kiting report for potential kiting activity on accounts.
- A. Review daily ACH and online banking reports for prior day activity and exception items.
- B. Responsible for verifying FDO notifications for bank to bank transfers .
- A. Put daily work away from teller line and maintain monthly retention of envelopes
- B. Process Written Statements of Unauthorized Activity.
- C. Responsible for submitting Monthly ATM report and Lockbox billing.
- A. Assist with FCRM alerts.
- B. Assist with input and verification of wire transfers and foreign currency orders as needed.
- A. Recognize sales opportunities and cross-sell Bank products by making quality referrals.
- B. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service.
