Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Electronic Banking Specialist to assist customers with business online banking services and ensure the smooth operation of electronic banking processes. This role involves preparing documentation, supporting various banking services, and maintaining accurate records to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers with Business Online Banking services.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for business electronic banking setups.
  • Support electronic banking services, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), wires, and Positive Pay.
  • Monitor reports and maintain organized electronic banking files.
  • Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer transactions for deposits and withdrawals with attention to detail.
  • Ensure accurate cash drawer management and reporting discrepancies.
  • Verify check authenticity and facilitate appropriate fund transactions.
  • Efficiently count and prepare currency and coins, and assist with night depository duties.
  • Utilize bank software to access customer information for service needs.
  • Demonstrate professional, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
