Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Electronic Banking Specialist to assist customers with business online banking services and ensure the smooth operation of electronic banking processes. This role involves preparing documentation, supporting various banking services, and maintaining accurate records to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to customers with Business Online Banking services.
- Prepare and manage documentation for business electronic banking setups.
- Support electronic banking services, including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), wires, and Positive Pay.
- Monitor reports and maintain organized electronic banking files.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or related experience.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
