NebraskaLand Bank Announces Promotions to Leadership Roles

At its 2025 Annual Meeting, NebraskaLand Bank’s Board of Directors approved the promotion of several valued employees into leadership positions. These promotions reflect NebraskaLand Bank’s ongoing commitment to empowering its employees and delivering exceptional service to its customers and community.

The following promotions were announced:

Darla Libby – Vice President Cash Management Supervisor

Darla Libby has been promoted to Vice President Cash Management Supervisor at NebraskaLand Bank, marking ten years of dedicated service with the organization. With 33 years of banking expertise, Darla brings exceptional leadership and a proven track record in managing cash management operations. Darla is committed to delivering outstanding service tailored to the needs of NebraskaLand Banks customers.

Lyuba Johnson – Assistant Vice President Senior Banker

Lyuba Johnson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President Senior Banker. A valued member of the NebraskaLand Bank team for the past decade, Lyuba brings 17 years of banking expertise to her role. Known for exceptional customer service and her expertise, she will continue to strengthen customer relationships and help our customers achieve their goals.

Ashlee Strickland – Electronic Banking Specialist

Ashlee Strickland, Electronic Banking Specialist has been promoted to Officer at NebraskaLand Bank after a year of outstanding contributions. Ashlee’s passion for helping other has enhanced the experience we provide to our business customers. We know she will continue to excel, providing exceptional customer service with steadfast dedication to our community.

Renae Eastman – Executive Administrative Assistant

Renae Eastman, Executive Administrative Assistant, has been promoted to officer. In nearly one year with NebraskaLand Bank, Renae has demonstrated exceptional organizational leadership and provided invaluable support to our executive team. Her efforts have been instrumental in maintaining efficiency across departments, and she will continue to play a key role in driving the Bank’s success.
