NBA Leadership Program Milestones: Derek Minshull & Amy Wolfskill
May 14, 2026
NebraskaLand Bank is recognizing two employees for their involvement in the Nebraska Bankers Association Leadership Program. Derek Minshull recently graduated from the program in May 2026, and Amy Wolfskill has been selected to participate in the next two-year leadership class.
The Nebraska Bankers Association created the Leadership Program to strengthen the leadership, organizational and performance skills of highly motivated mid- to upper-level bankers. The program also helps build a network of banking professionals who understand and can respond to local and national issues affecting the industry.
Participants in the two-year program attend six practical sessions, with each session focused on a key area of successful business operations. In addition to those sessions, participants take part in a variety of Nebraska Bankers Association programs designed to broaden their knowledge and leadership experience.
Minshull’s graduation marks the successful completion of the full program and reflects a strong commitment to professional growth and leadership development. Wolfskill’s selection recognizes her potential as she begins the program and joins other banking professionals from across the state in this training opportunity.
NebraskaLand Bank said the accomplishments of both employees reflect the bank’s ongoing commitment to developing strong leaders who can serve customers, communities and the banking industry with skill and insight.
