OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for promotional administration purposes.

1. 1. Eligibility

   The NebraskaLand Bank Gateway Farm Expo Basket Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of NebraskaLand Bank, their immediate family members, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

   2. Contest Period

   The Contest will take place during the 2025 Gateway Farm Expo on November 19 and 20, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be submitted during this time to be eligible.

   3. How to Enter

   To enter, participants must:

   • Scan the QR code provided at the NebraskaLand Bank booth during the Gateway Farm Expo.
   • Complete and submit the contest entry form with all required information.

   Paper entry forms will also be available upon request at the NebraskaLand Bank booth. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person.

   4. Prize

   Each winner will receive a gift basket valued at $150. The total number of baskets available will be announced at the event.

   All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Winner is responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.  No substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or Portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

   5. Winner Selection and Odds

   Winners will be selected in a random drawing on November 21, 2025, at or around 10:00 AM. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

   6. Notification of Winners

   Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry form. NebraskaLand Bank is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by participants. If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

   7. General Conditions
   • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of NebraskaLand Bank, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
   • Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release as a condition of receiving the prize.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items.
   • NebraskaLand Bank reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Contest.
   8. Publicity

   By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow NebraskaLand Bank to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

   9. Limitation of Liability

   NebraskaLand Bank is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent entry submission. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NebraskaLand Bank from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.

   10. Governing Law

   The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes arising from this Contest will be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
