Description:
Universal Bankers play a vital role in customer banking experience. Acquire, retain and expand new and existing relationships. Proactively meet with customers - face to face or over the phone - to discover their financial needs and provide product recommendations. Contribute directly to the success of the Bank by maximizing the depth and profitability of the customer's relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to open personal checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit and safe deposit boxes. Cross-selling additional products and services to enhance the customer’s relationship and meet their financial needs.
- Ability to perform “service” inquiries such as address changes, card limit changes, account verifications (ordering checks, online banking set-up, responding to online email questions, etc.
- Responsible for correcting account documents and input errors in a timely manner.
- Practice friendly and courteous customer service while performing all tasks of the job. This should be exhibited when working with all customers and coworkers in person or on the phone.
- View daily reports for accuracy and correct entries as needed.
- Assist customers in accessing their Safe Deposit Box.

Loan Documentation Review Specialist
Description:
We are looking for a Loan Documentation Review Specialist to ensure loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing loan documentation and supplemental documentation, while coordinating with various parties throughout the loan process to ensure a smooth loan lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to promote smooth Pre and Post closings, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review loan documentation before and after closing to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence with the bank loan policy, regulatory requirements, and loan conditions.
- Verify loan details including codes, terms, and monitoring requirements for various types of loans including Consumer, Commercial, Commercial and Ag Real Estate, and Agricultural.
- Ensure all necessary loan documents have been properly produced and are properly executed and perfected.
- Review loan tracking system, to confirm all follow-up items are accurately identified.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize a demanding workload while evaluating adherence to internal bank policies and procedures.
- Professionally communicate findings and discrepancies for follow-up and resolution.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism when working with internal teams.
- Participate in internal training to stay up to date on banking regulations and best practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the loan review team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years’ experience in loan documentation or related field; proficient in loan documentation and knowledge of lending regulations; ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively; strong analytical and written communication skills.

Personal Banking Document Specialist
Description:
Provides support to the Personal Bankers by maintaining paperwork generated in the account opening process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete check-off on a daily basis by comparing work input the day before against reports generated from Director. Communicate errors to Personal Bankers and follow up on corrections.
- Review all documentation, including legal and business documents.
- Index business documents, maintenance sheets and signatures cards, to name a few into director
- Review all CIPs for new customers to make sure all required information is completed.
- Maintain document deficiency spreadsheet and follow-up with Personal Bankers on missing items, and assist in acquiring missing information.
- Complete monthly closed account reports and complete retention.
- Verify monthly all CIP and CCD fields are complete.
- Review all Beneficial Owner paperwork for Loans verifying all information has been completed and is accurate in our system.
- Check TMS report Daily for authorization Issues.
- Complete daily reports for Compromised cards and communicate with Person bankers on cards that need replaced. Along with other reports as needed.
- Create Business Analytics reports as required/requested.
- Complete EOY Retention.
- Pull purged port files annually
- Follow all bank policies and procedures with special emphasis in confidentiality, compliance and projecting a professional image at all times.
- Continue to work on port room by scanning old documents into director so all files are electronic.
