Darby Smith is bringing her passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams to our North Platte mortgage team. With a career in banking that began in 2018, Darby has worked in different areas of the banking field, from teller to loan clerk and now to Mortgage Loan Originator. Her love for mortgage lending blossomed as she discovered the joy of helping clients through the home-buying process.

When asked what inspired her to join the North Platte team, Darby shared, “The commitment to client, community, and employee success. During conversations with others on the team, I quickly learned this is a great place to be, and I knew I wanted to be a part of it!”

Darby is already loving the welcoming North Platte community and is excited to build lasting relationships with her clients. She’s driven by a genuine passion for making homeownership dreams come true—and don’t be surprised if she asks to see pictures of your pets!

We’re excited to welcome Angie Kreutzer to our Kearney mortgage department! With 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Angie brings a wealth of knowledge to NebraskaLand Bank. From processing and closing to assisting first-time homebuyers with programs like NIFA and grants, Angie has done it all.

When asked what drew her to the Kearney team, Angie said, “I love the community bank feel, the culture, and the people. It felt like home.”

Angie is no stranger to the Kearney community. She’s a board member of the Kearney Area United Way, a Leadership Kearney alum, and a past Junior Achievement teacher. She’s excited to continue serving the community she loves and helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
