First Time Homebuyers Grant Funds Available Beginning March 6, 2023

You may be eligible for up to $7,500 in grant funds towards a home purchase. Grant funds provide for down payment and closing cost assistance to first-time homebuyers. The HSP program is provided to households as a forgivable grant with a five-year retention period.
