Our History
Founded on May 14, 1998, by three dedicated employees and a group of local shareholders, NebraskaLand Bank began with this mission: “To serve our communities with high quality personalized service at a competitive price.”
That mission statement remains the same today.

NebraskaLand National Bank (NLB) proudly opened its doors in a cozy storefront in downtown North Platte, setting the stage for community growth and service.

NLB relocated our headquarters and main branch, staying true to our roots in downtown North Platte, in a beautifully refurbished two-story building at 121 North Dewey.

The Bank opened its fourth location, the North Branch, in North Platte’s North Side, affectionately known as Original Town. This branch was conveniently located in the BP Amoco Convenience store.

Embracing new horizons, an affiliate bank, Commerce Bank of Wyoming was established aimed at providing the same high-quality personalized services at a competitive price to the community of Rock Springs, Wyoming.

On December 16, we celebrated the opening of our new headquarters and main branch in North Platte. These expansions reflect our dedication to serving our customers and enriching our community.
