What are eStatements?
eStatements are a paperless way to receive your statement(s) for qualified account(s) by using your Internet Banking account to view them after receiving notification via e-mail that the statement(s) are ready for viewing.
What does it cost for eStatements?
eStatements are offered as a free service for qualified accounts. Qualified accounts are listed online in the enrollment form when signing into your Internet Banking account, or our Personal Banking staff can help you identify which accounts qualify for eStatements.
How do I enroll for eStatements?
Enrolling for eStatements can be as easy as logging into your Internet Banking account and filling out the Enrollment form, or talking with a personal banker at any of our locations.
How do I print my eStatement?
To print your eStatement, you will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Once it is installed, your statement will load into Adobe Reader, where you will be able to print the statement by clicking the printer icon.
How do I save my eStatement to my computer?
Once your statement loads into Adobe Reader, click on ‘File’ in the menu options, and select ‘Save a Copy’. It will then ask you for a location and file name to save a copy of your statement.
How far back can I retrieve a statement?
You can retrieve statement for up to 24 months.
If I enroll in eStatements, will the other names on the account still receive their statements?
Yes. The other names on the account will continue to receive their statements by mail while you receive an e-mail notification that your statement is ready for viewing.
Can I receive notifications on an account where I am not the primary owner?
If your name is on an account, but you are not the primary owner, you can still enroll yourself to receive notifications that the statement for the account is ready for viewing rather than receiving a mailed statement by contacting a bank representative, or click here for an authorization form, fill in the fields and bring to one of our locations. You can add up to 5 additional email notifications on an account.
Can I still enroll even though I told the enrollment form to ‘Ask Me Later’ or ‘Decline’?

How do I enroll in eStatements if I am using BizConnect?
You will need to contact a bank representative and complete an enrollment form to enroll in eStatements for your business.
